This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by Bluestock Pictures our Mobile Applications and how we use that information. Also, Our Product Category such as Photography, Video, Tools, Entertainment, Utility, We collect information from you in order to provide corresponding service and better user experience. With your consent of this Privacy Policy, your usage, statistics, input while using Bluestock Pictures  be collected. By using our apps, you understand and agree that we are providing a Platform for you to Post content, including Photos, Voices, Comments and Other Materials, to the Product and to share User Content Publicly.

PERSONAL DATA:-

Photos and Videos stored on the device. Profile information, full name, date of birth, and etc. Device information (OS type, serial number, mobile advertising ID, hardware information etc.) browser type, and browser language. Anonymous location data, including but not limited to user’s geo-location and Wi-Fi network to which a user’s device is connected or in-range where applicable.

NON-PERSONAL DATA :-

We may disclose non-personal data to third parties and/or allow third parties to collect non-personal data through their own embedded technology. In order to deliver targeted ads to you, the third-party advertising companies may place or recognize unique cookies, anonymous identifiers or similar technology for non-personally identifiable information. Non-personal data means information that, by itself, does not personally identify you. We may collect non-personal data such as your device model number, operating system version, country code and other properties for purposes of managing the apps and communicating with you, as well as for targeted ad-serving.

We use information about you for the following purposes in accordance with the legalbases to provide users that have given us consent to share their advertising IDs with our ad network partners (as further specified under Information Sharing) for the purpose of serving them with personalized advertisement in the App (behavioral advertising).

Our processing for the above purpose is justified by our legitimate interests in providing advertisements and content of interest to you in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (also known as "the balancing-of-interest rule"). The disclosure of your advertising ID to third parties for the purposes of behavioral advertising is based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (see more below under Information Sharing).

SENSITIVE INFORMATION:-

We ask that you not send us, and you not to disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through an Application, the Services or the Site or otherwise to us.

CHILDREN PRIVACY :-

We do not provide service focus on Children. If you are under 13, you may use our application or services when you are with a parent or guardian.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. We are concerned about your private data protection and we take precuations like administrative, technical and physical for that. If you give feedback to us then other users can publicly view your some information and you are responsible for that if you choose to post a comment. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENT :-

When you use Bluestock Pictures Mobile applications on Android, we do not retrieve or store any personal information about you. We do check if certain application is installed on your phone before we display an advertisement for the application (To avoid displaying advertisement for an app that is already on your phone)

We also use Google Admob SDK for advertisements in our applications. We also use "Home Campaign Advertisement" to promote our other application. We show this home campaign advertisement under the label "More Apps by/from Developer" or "Re-commanded Apps" or Any Other Label. Remember, though, there could be errors in the programming, and sometime programming errors may cause unwanted side effects.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY :-

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. If a User objects to any of the changes to the Policy, the User must cease using this Application and can request that the Data Controller removes the Personal Data. Unless stated otherwise, the then-current privacy policy applies to all Personal Data the Data Controller has about Users.
